What to expect

Orders

As all of our items are handmade and some are made to order we have a processing time of 3-4 days. 

​

Shipping

Gemweyth Sea Glass offers both Domestic and International shipping across the globe. 

Domestic Orders will be sent via 1st class postage and International orders will be sent via Tracked and Signed postage.

Proof of postage can be provided on request. 

​

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

14 days are provided for you to return an item (postage will be covered by the customer) Please contact us first to confirm if you wish to exchange an item, or if you would like a refund.

We suggest you send your items via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class (large letter) signed for.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been recieved (customers are responsible for the safe return of items)

Damaged items may result in a part/no refund.

Adjustments

Adjustments can be made for selected items, there will be an added charge for this service.

To avoid an adjustment on set items such as rings and bangles please ensure you have the correct size required when ordering.

Comissions are  very welcome, please get in touch to receive an order form and to discuss your request.
